See it BIG and hear it LOUD - we're bringing Hollywood course side for in 2019! Grab your popcorn and pull up a blanket - there's no better way to watch a movie than under a starlit sky and ALL proceeds will go to The Nightingale Cancer Support Centre.

2019 ICF Canoe Slalom World Cup London presented by Jaffa - 14 - 16 June

The ICF Canoe Slalom World Cup is an annual series of five races, with the first one taking place in the UK at Lee Valley White Water Centre.

The 2019 ICF Canoe Slalom World Cup London presented by Jaffa will be a value for money, fun day out for all the family, with opportunities to try paddle sport, alongside supporting the British team as they take on the world’s best paddlers as part of their preparations for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.

The World Cup includes four individual events – Kayak (K)1 men, K1 women, Canoe (C)1 men, and C1 women –the medal events at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, alongside the C2 mixed competition.

The World Cup event will also include Extreme Slalom, an emerging discipline in the sport that involves four paddlers racing against each other in boats down the white water course.

  • Friday - £5 Adults, £1 Juniors
  • Sat/Sun - £15 Adults, £1 Juniors

Essential Information

  • The venue opens one hour prior to competition and closes 30 minutes after competition
  • Small amounts of food and non-alcoholic drinks for personal consumption, in a small bag no bigger than 35cm x 40cm x 19cm can be bought into the venue
  • There will be a large range of catering concessions on offer to purchase food and drinks
  • All persons and bags are subject to search upon arrival

Pavilion in the Park

Head down to the Pavilion in the Park to enjoy some beach fun and have a play on our natural play area

  • The Pavilion in the Park is located at between the Olympic and Legacy courses.
  • This is the home to our small beach area and new natural play zone, which are all free to use.  
  • We ask that all visitors to the beach and play zones adhere to our Rules and Regulations
  • Beach games including buckets and spades can be purchased from the Finish Line Café (subject to opening times)

Lee Valley Aquathlon

It's time to put all your hard work and training to the test in our Aquathlon challenge. Whether you’re a novice or an experienced triathlete, you can enter this event which takes place on the first Tuesday of the month from May to September.

Time to challenge yourself in 2018 with our Aquathlon series this summer! 

We have 2 races for you to choose from:

Race 1: 250m swim followed by a 3km run

Race 2: 500m swim followed by a 5.5km run
